how you can improve...FAST
360 no scopes off a ladder.
That’s what I was doing 4, sometimes even 6 HOURS A DAY FOR MONTHS!
I was an addict.
If I wasn’t home playing my games, I would start shaking like a coffee addict that didn’t have their morning cup of joe.
It was pretty bad.
Now…
I’m addicted to playing the game of life.
But…
The question still stands.
How do you turn your life into a video game?
Well, I don’t know.
But something I’ve been doing lately to make life feel like a game is tracking my progress.
I’ve been doing 4 things.
Let’s dive right in.
1. The doing.
This is the most important part of any goal/objective.
If you’re not doing “the thing” to get you closer to your goal/objective, you’re wasting time.
And time is something you don’t have unlimited of.
2. Learning
Right now, I’m taking notes on what I’m learning.
What I’m learning in:
The Bible
Copywriting
The gym
This is an important part of the process.
3. Studying
This is NOT the same as learning.
When you study, you’re seeing “the thing” you learned, being put in action.
And the last step is to…
4. Iterate
This is how you improve quickly.
If you’re already doing “the thing” congratulations...
That’s more than most.
But...
When you iterate your way of doing “the thing” you’re going to see things change…FAST.
And the only way you can iterate is by incorporating what you learned/studied and apply it the next time you do “the thing”.
Because every single time you do “the thing”, you’re going to get better.
You’re not gonna wake up living groundhog day on repeat.
This is how you improve quickly and efficiently.
Anyway, that’s all I got for ya today.
Alex “do, learn, study, iterate” Garcia out.
