Drink your water.

Okay…on the real though, I used to see this exact tweet on Twitter all the time.
And it would blowup.
It’s short, punchy and straight to the point.
But in today’s email, Imma do my version of the “drink your water” tweet.
Instead of telling you to “drink your water”, Imma tell you to “fix your posture”.
Don’t lie to me…I know you were probably slouching while reading this.
Ever since I started writing, I’m doing desk work more often.
And it’s so easy to forget about something as simple as my posture.
But luckily, fixing your posture is super easy.
It’s as simple as…
Rolling back your shoulders
Pulling your chest up
No slouching
Put this on a sticky note and put it somewhere you’ll see it all the time.
Let this get ingrained into your head.
You might not think much of it now, but trust me, it’ll make all the difference years from now.
I mean, who wants to look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame?
Not me.
