What are you running away from?
What are you running away from?
You know what I’m talking about.
“That thing” that you know you need to be doing but for some reason you’re putting it off.
Why are you running from it though?
I’ve been asking myself those same questions over and over again as I’m getting ready to craft my offer.
“Offer” is just a fancy way of saying “I’m getting ready to sell a product/service.”
It goes a lot more in depth, but we’ll keep it simple for now.
But It turns out, I’m afraid.
Afraid of what?
Afraid of getting rejected.
I’m afraid of the person paying and me not being able to fulfill my part of the deal.
I’m also afraid of getting someone in a call and wasting their time because my solutions couldn’t help them.
That’s why I keep running.
But I’ve noticed that “the things” I’m running from are opportunity’s for serious growth.
Howso?
Because deep down that’s an insecurity.
And that insecurity brings in fear.
But I wanna turn that fear into faith.
One of the first verses I ever memorized was 2 Corinthians 5:7.
For we walk by faith, not by sight.
I’ll be honest, I’ve been walking by fear.
I avoid what I know will cause the most growth.
I tell people I wanna be the best version of myself that I can be.
But If I really want to be the best Alex Garcia Luna I can be, I know that I have to face my fears.
Because when I go full throttle on the things I fear, I know my faith gets tested.
I doubt.
I overthink.
And I chicken out not knowing growth is on the other side.
But that’s why I still move forward.
Because I want my faith to overpower any fear I have.
So, lemme ask that question again.
What are you running away from?
And my follow up question is this.
Whatever “that thing” is that you’re running away from, why are you running away from it?
Those are some of the questions I’ve been reflecting on.
Just remember that where fear lies, massive growth is on the other side.
Until next time my brothers and sisters,
Alex out.
P.S
I’m still crafting my offer.
But I am looking for some people to work with for free before I launch it to get feedback.
I have 3 slots open.
If you’re interested, you can schedule a call with me here.
