You've been using hoodies wrong this whole time

I used to be fat.

At my peak I weighed in at 190lbs.

And I’m only 5’5.

I was obese!!!

Not really, but you get my point.

Anyway…you know what I remember the most?

I was so self conscious about it.

I hated taking off my shirt in public.

And I loathed looking at myself in the mirror.

Every time I stared at that mirror, I saw the Michelin man looking back at me.

It got so bad that I started wearing hoodies.

Like all the time.

Hoodies were my scapegoat.

They made me feel less fat, and I loved how comfortable they were.

During torrential downpours, I’d wear a hoodie.

The sun beaming down on the back of my head, I’d wear a hoodie.

Hoodies were my jam.

Fast forward to now and I still wear hoodies.

Except I don’t use hoodies to hide my physique anymore.

I use them to focus.

I do 90% of all my desk work with a hoodie on.

It blocks out any visual distractions.

And it helps me get into that “tunnel vision” mindset.

Check it out while it’s still up. Because after today, this checklist is going back into the vault.

Thanks for reading and have a blessed rest of your day.
